Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using any part of the DRVN VHCLS platform — including browsing the site, creating an account, posting events or content, or purchasing a subscription — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DRVN VHCLS. “You” refers to the individual accessing the platform, or the business or organization on whose behalf you act.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DRVN VHCLS. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account and to keep it updated.
• You may maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, abuse the rewards system, or gain unfair advantages is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by anyone you allow to use your credentials.
• You must keep your password confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately via a support ticket.
• DRVN reserves the right to disable accounts that appear to violate these Terms or that pose a security risk.

DRVN VHCLS offers the following membership tiers. Features are subject to change with notice:

DRVN VHCLS offers a rewards program called BOOST that allows you to earn BSTR tokens — a utility reward token deployed on the Base L2 blockchain — by completing profile milestones such as uploading a profile photo, adding a vehicle to your garage, and linking social accounts.

You retain ownership of content you create and post on DRVN VHCLS — including event listings, club posts, photos, comments, vehicle entries, and vendor listings (“Your Content”).

By posting Your Content you grant DRVN VHCLS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the platform. This license ends when you delete Your Content, except where copies have been made by others (e.g. via IPFS as described in the Privacy Policy).

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post Your Content
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Your Content does not contain illegal material, hate speech, harassment, or content that violates these Terms

DRVN reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the community.

DRVN VHCLS is an event listing and discovery platform. We provide tools for organizers to list automotive events but we are not the organizer, host, or promoter of any user-listed event.

• Event creators are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with local laws and regulations, obtaining necessary permits, and the safety of their events.
• DRVN does not verify the accuracy of event information and is not liable for any damages arising from attendance at user-listed events.
• Events must receive admin approvalbefore appearing on the public live map. Approval is not an endorsement of the event's content or safety.
• Events that promote illegal activity, reckless driving, or street racing will be removed and the creating account may be permanently suspended.

Club and vendor listings are subject to DRVN's verification process. Verification is a discretionary quality signal and does not constitute DRVN's endorsement of any club's activities or a vendor's products and services.

DRVN reserves the right to archive, unverify, or remove any club or vendor listing that violates these Terms, is inactive, or that we determine is misleading or harmful to the community. Vendor ownership can be transferred by DRVN administrators in exceptional circumstances (e.g. the original owner closes their account).

Reviews and ratings submitted for vendors are user-generated content governed by Section 6 above. Vendors may not incentivize, manipulate, or remove honest reviews.

You agree not to engage in any of the following when using DRVN VHCLS:

• Spam and fake content — posting false event information, fake reviews, or unsolicited promotional messages
• Impersonation — pretending to be another person, brand, or DRVN staff member
• Scraping and automated access — using bots, crawlers, or automated scripts to access or extract platform data without written permission
• Security circumvention — attempting to bypass authentication, access controls, or exploit vulnerabilities
• Malware and harmful code — uploading files or links containing viruses, trojans, or other malicious software
• Copyright infringement — uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Harassment and abuse — targeting, threatening, or harassing other users
• Illegal activity — using the platform to facilitate or promote any illegal act
• Multiple accounts — creating additional accounts to evade suspensions or abuse the rewards system

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at DRVN's discretion, without refund.

DRVN VHCLS offers optional integration with X (formerly Twitter) via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your X account you grant DRVN access under the following scopes: tweet.read tweet.write users.read offline.access.

DRVN uses these permissions only to display your X profile information on your DRVN profile and to perform actions you explicitly initiate. We store your OAuth access and refresh tokens encrypted at rest and do not share them with third parties.

You can revoke the X connection at any time from your Profile settings. X's own Terms of Service also apply to your use of X.

The DRVN VHCLS platform may link to external websites and properties including drvnculture.xyz (the DRVN Culture newsletter and content platform) and drvnvhcls.app(the DRVN marketplace featuring Boost Points, Founder's Club Keys, and RS1 Shares). These are separate platforms operated independently with their own terms of service and privacy policies.

DRVN VHCLS is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party website. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.

The DRVN VHCLS name, logo, platform design, codebase, and all proprietary content created by DRVN are owned by DRVN VHCLS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.

User-generated content remains the intellectual property of the user who created it, subject to the license granted in Section 6.

If you believe that content on DRVN VHCLS infringes your copyright, please contact us via a support ticket with a description of the allegedly infringing content and your contact information.

When you open a support ticket, the subject and message content is encrypted at rest. DRVN support agents can decrypt and view ticket content solely for the purpose of resolving your issue. Ticket content may also be used in aggregate, anonymized form to identify recurring issues and improve the platform.

Support response times are not guaranteed. Pro plan subscribers receive priority support. DRVN reserves the right to close tickets that contain abusive language, off-topic requests, or violate these Terms.

By you: You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. A 30-day grace period applies during which you can cancel the deletion request. After 30 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted. Active subscriptions are cancelled, and no refund is issued for the remaining billing period.

By DRVN: We may suspend or permanently ban your account at our discretion for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, reward abuse, or creating a hostile environment for other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you, except where doing so would compromise security or an ongoing investigation. No refund is issued upon termination for cause.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will remain in effect after your account is closed.

THE DRVN VHCLS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DRVN does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content, event listings, or third-party information displayed on the platform.

Your use of the platform and attendance at any event discovered through DRVN VHCLS is entirely at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DRVN VHCLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

DRVN is not liable for:

• Personal injury, property damage, or any other harm arising from attendance at any event listed on the platform
• Transactions, disputes, or communications between users
• Loss of BSTR tokens, wallet funds, or other digital assets resulting from your use of Web3 features
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Interruptions or data loss resulting from third-party service failures (e.g. IPFS, AWS, Stripe)

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall DRVN's total liability to you exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to DRVN in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Jurisdiction], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Jurisdiction] for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms.

DRVN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and post an in-app announcement notifying registered users of material changes. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with a change to these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform and delete your account.
